Making a Hotel Reservation
The process for arranging a hotel is as follows.
1.
On the Staying in Kyoto page, select the desired options and press the search button to find a lodging facility.
Facilities matching your search will be displayed from the JAPANiCAN (reservation site) database. Click on a facility plan for the desired location.
3.To become a JAPANiCAN member, click on "Register for Free Membership" link. Otherwise click the "Continue as a guest" button.
4.When your reservation is made, a reservation notification email will be sent to the email address you registered with.
5.Print out that email, the reservation confirmation email or the reservation confirmation webpage that day and bring the print-out with you to check in.
Reservation Changes
To confirm, change or cancel a reservation, access the JAPANiCAN website.
To change lodging dates or plans, you must first make a new reservation, then cancel the old one.
