Making a Restaurant Reservation
The request process for restaurants is as follows.
1.
Click the "Recommended Courses" for the restaurant of your choosing.
Enter the required information on the Make Request page, and click
button.
Note that this is only a request to inform the restaurant that a customer is interested in a reservation for a particular date or plan. This is not a reservation, however.
Depending on various factors, it may not be possible to fulfill your request.
Review the content of your request on the Request Confirmation page.
If everything is correct, click
button.
When your reservation has been made, the Request Completed page will display.
This indicates that your request is completed and provides a reference number for your request.
An email will be sent to your registered email address, indicating that your request has been received.
Note that no reservation has been made yet. The rest of the process below must be completed.
6.If the restaurant can fulfill your request, you will receive an email possibly asking for more information. Please respond to confirm your request.
7.When the reservation has been accepted, a reservation confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
8.Bring a printout of your reservation confirmation email with you to the restaurant and present it upon your arrival.
9.
Payment should be made at the restaurant.
Note that not all restaurants accept credit cards. Review the "Directions / Other Details" page for your destination.
Cancellations
Cancellations made after the cancellation fee period begins will be subject to a fee.
